The study involved 25 students who took the subject of Listening in Professional Context. This research used qualitative-quantitative research. The questionnaires and interview were used for the students in order to collect the data and in this research the data is students? perception. The data showed the students? responses on the use of video in the listening class. The findings of the study indicate that students show positive response towards the use of multimodality materials in listening class. After spreading the questionnaires and doing the interview, the data shows positive responses from the students. The students are taught by multimodal materials along in one semester. The multimodal material let them to know the differences between learning using audio only and video in the listening class. They also think that learn listening using video is way better than audio. Some benefits of using video in listening class mentioned by the students. They think that the video materials provided by their lecturer can improve their understanding towards the lesson taught by the lecturer. Thus, most of them chose to have a video as the material on the listening class rather than audio only. Some of them also wants the material between audio and video can be given in balance.} }
