This research is descriptive. The sample in this study consisted of 112 banking employees in Surabaya. Sampling was done using purposive sampling method. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires. This research was conducted using SPSS 26.0. The results of this study are work life balance has a significant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, mindfulness has a significant effect on employee performance.
