		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of Herding behavior, Contagion, Overconfidence on investor decision making on the Indonesian stock exchange. Based on the method that will be used in this study, it is a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach, which explains the influence of the dependent variable toward independent variable used in the study. In obtaining data, this study used a questionnaire technique with a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, and statistical test with Multiple Regression Analysis. The results show that the herding behavior variable partially has a positive and significant influence on stock investment decisions in Surabaya, the contagion variable partially has a positive influence and significant to stock investment decisions in Surabaya, Overconfidence Variable partially has a positive and significant influence on stock investment decisions in Surabaya.
