		abstract={Pension fund at PT. BANK JATIM Surabaya Main Branch is directly managed by PT TASPEN and BANK JATIM Surabaya Main Branch is only a place/paymaster. This research aims to find out how the procedures for managing and paying pension funds at PT. BANK JATIM Surabaya Main Branch. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with data sources using primary data obtained directly from PT BANK JATIM Surabaya Main Branch and secondary data obtained from the Official Website of BANK JATIM and PT TASPEN. The results of this study indicate that the implementation process in the management and payment of pension funds at PT. BANK JATIM Surabaya Main Branch is very important for retirees, especially retired civil servants and TNI/Polri, therefore BANK JATIM must provide good service to retired customers in accordance with existing procedures.
