Jawa Pratama Mandiri Surabaya. The sample consists of 114 respondents and has characteristics of a vulnerability of 25-45 years of age and has at least one year of working experience. This sample collection technique uses Pursosive Sampling. Analysis using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection using a hardcopy questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture has no positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Training Performance, positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
