The sample consists of 106 respondents using the Slovin formula and has vulnerable characteristics aged of 24-39 years and had a minimum of one year of work. This sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling. Analysis using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection using questionnaires in hardcopy. The results of this study show that Work Stress has no positive and no significant effect on Turnover Intention, Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on Job Burnout, Job Burnout has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Job Burnout has a positive and significant influence in mediating Work Stress and Turnover Intention.
