		abstract={Company performance is the ability to carry out company operational activities. This research was conducted to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance on company performance. This research uses casual and historical methods with 63 companies. The data collection technique uses purposive sampling. The result of this research show that the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors have an insignificant effect on company performance, while the Audit Committee has a significant positive effect on company performance.}
