		abstract={This research aims to examine the influence of institutional ownership, managerial ownership and dividend policy on the value of companies listed on the IDX. This research is quantitative research. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population used in this research is Basic and Chemical industry sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017-2021. The sampling method used in this research was purposive sampling, so that 21 samples were obtained that met the criteria and a final sample of 105 samples was obtained. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, multiple linear analysis, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing techniques in this research showing that institutional ownership shows that this research has no effect on company value, managerial ownership shows that this research has no effect on company value . , dividend policy shows that this research has an effect on company value.}
