The population in this study were all millennial employees in East Java with an age range of 27 - 42 years. While the sample in this study amounted to 106 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This research is quantitative research. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square which was processed with the help of SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that digital leadership significantly has a positive influence on innovative work behavior. Meanwhile, the creativity of millennial employees in East Java mediates the influence of digital leadership on innovative work behavior. The results of the study have implications that to anticipate changes in the current business environment, especially changes in digital technology, organizations need to encourage their leaders to implement digital leadership. Digital leadership has been proven to increase employee creativity and an increase in employee creativity will increase innovative work behavior. Future research can replicate this study by examining different contexts such as employees of non-profit organizations by involving different research variables.
