		abstract={The purpose of this study is to determine and prove the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Company Size and Company Growth on Company Value in the Food and Beverages sub-sector. The population in this study are food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method was carried out using a purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria, the amount of data was 29 food and beverages companies with a total sample of 78 food and beverages companies that met the criteria during the 2020-2022 period. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using SPSS 23. The results of this research show that: 1) Profitability has an effect on Company Value, 2) Liquidity has no effect on Company Value, 3) Company Size has no effect on Company Value, 4) Company Growth has no effect on Company Value.
