		abstract={The purpose of this research is examining the effect of firm size, leverage, and profitability on firm value. The population of this study are companies listed on LQ-45 since 2008 until 2012 period. The sampel of this study is the companies are included in the LQ-45 from 2008 to 2012. Data were collected through purposive sampling, and statistical methods used is multiple regression analysis. This study concludes some of the following: (1) Simultaneously there is no significant effect between firm size, leverage and profitability to a company's value. (2) Partially, there is no effect between firm size, and profitability(ROA, ROE, NPM) on firm value. (3) Partially a significant difference from, GPM partially on a company's value.
