This study examines motivation, workload and work environment on job satisfaction of millennial employees in Surabaya. Quantitative and descriptive methods were used to obtain certain samples according to the research objectives. In this research, quantitative data was obtained from questionnaires given to millennial employees in Surabaya. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis (H1), it shows that the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Based on the results of testing the second hypothesis (H2), it shows that the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Based on the results of testing the third hypothesis (H3), it shows that the Work Environment variable has a significant and positive effect on Job Satisfaction.
