		abstract={The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of leverage, liquidity, age, and size of the return on asset simultan or partially. The sample was 10 insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2008-2012. Test equipment used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the leverage is not significant and has a negative or positive effect on return on assets, liquidity is not significant and has a positive effect on return on assets. While age and size was also no significant effect on return on assets and have a positive effect on return on assets. The results in this study also shows that the leverage, liquidity, age, and size simultaneously significant effect on return on assets.
