		abstract={This study aimstodetermine the factorsthatinfluence thecapitalstructureona miningcompanylisted onthe Indonesia Stock Exchange. Independent variables usedare firm size, growth,profitability, ownership structure andbusinessrisks, while thedependent variableused is thecompany's capital structure. The method usedispurposive sampling methodandobtained a sample of8companies. Datawere analyzedbythe classical assumption, namelynormality test,multicollinearityandheteroscedasticity testusingSPSSversion16.00. Based on the resultsof this study concludedthatthe size ofthe company,growth,profitability, ownership structureand the businessrisks has no influence onthe company's capitalstructure.
