		abstract={In this research the researcher investigated the effect of credit distribution and non performing loans on the efficiency level of the private banking listing in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).
The researcher chosen Operation Research DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis)to measure the level of efficiency specially cost efficiency concept. In cost efficiency concept use two efficiences such as output efficiency and input efficiency. In this study,researcher use three input factors and three output factors. And then, he researcher used a sample of 27 selected banks that was listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2014 periods.
The study certainly indicated that the credit distribution and non- performing loans effect on the rate of efficiency.
