		abstract={This study examined the effect of ROA and ROE as a proxy of financial performance, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit committee and independent of commissioners as a proxy of good Corporate Governance to Tobin's Q as a proxy of the value of the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze (a) the effect of the performance in financial proxied by ROA and ROE against the value of the company (b) the effect on the proxied by GCG Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Audit Committee and Independent of Commissioners on firm value. The sample in this study is a company registered Real Estate and Property in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the span of years 2008-2011. Analysis data using multiple linear regression analysis.
The results with the linear analysis shows that the ROE significant effect on the value of the company, with the sig. of 0.411 for ROE. ROE, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Audit Committee and Independent of Commissioner has no influence significant effect on firm value with sig. While from linear regression analysis showed that the independent variables significant effect on firm value simultaneously with the sig. 0.000.
