		abstract={This research aims to analyze whether LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously and partially are significant effect toward ROA on Regional Development Banks.
Samples in research are BPD Bali, BPD Riau Kepri and BPD Sumatera Barat. Data in The research uses documentation method. Datas are taken from published Financial repot of Regional Development Banks begun from first quarter at year 2011 until last quarter at year 2015. The technique of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.
The result of the research showed that LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously have a significant effect toward ROA. Partially NPL, BOPO, and FBIR have a significant effect toward ROA, but the other side happened to IPR, NPL,APB, IRR and FBIR which don?t have a significant effect toward ROA. And the las result, the dominant variable which effecting ROA is BOPO.
