		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance to the financial performances company and market risk at a bank company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample of 41 bank companies that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2015, so the data is processed as many as 56 data by using purposive sampling. The result showed that (1) there is a significant effect of Good Corporate Governance on the market risk, (2) there was no significant effect of Good Corporate Governance on the financial performances company.
