abstract={The Bengkalis area itself has been working on many bridge construction projects that are useful for smoothing existing transportation, one of which is the Bengkalis River Bridge located in the village of Senggoro, Bengkalis District, the Bengkalis River built with a reinforced concrete portal T beam bridge. The research objective was to determine the implementation method of the T beam concrete girder type bridge to apply 3D animation to the T beam concrete girder bridge implementation method.In the design process of the T beam concrete girder type bridge, it refers to the standards of the Directorate General of Highways for dimensions and implementation of bridge construction work. The results obtained in this final project can determine the method of implementing the bridge which is visualized in the form of an animated video.}
