		abstract={Nowadays, technology is evolving, as it is in the food industry. Where a lot of automatic food processing machines are created. Like the processing and printing machines. The majority of people around us still use manual methods to make pasta and printing, especially in the making of pepper, which takes quite a while and drains energy. The purpose of making a mie printing machine is to make it easier for lower-class mie producers to increase productivity. The process of making the pasta using the pasta maker machine covers three stages, namely the mixing of the pasta ingredients, the peeling of pasta and the printing of pasta. In this study will be automatically launched a mie printing machine, and has the advantages among others: flexibility in harvesting accelerates the production process. The automation of this mie printing machine is done by adding the use of a programmbale logic controller (PLC).}
