abstract={The Pematang Duku Timur Village Health Center is one of the health service centers. With a large number of patients, it causes quite serious problems in obtaining information about their patients. In service and management of patient data, puskesmas do not yet have a computerized system so that all data management is done manually which results in less effective and efficient in carrying out tasks to serve the community. This then attracted the author's interest in taking the title of the Final Project report in making a website-based patient data processing application. This application is equipped with a login feature as an admin, a master data menu consisting of paramedical data, doctor's practice schedule, and poly data. Then there is a menu of doctor data, patient data, medical record data and exit. Application testing is done by testing every feature on the system and has been tested on 2 admins. The results of the trial of this application show the process of inputting data and making patient medical records more efficient. This application can run well in various browsers, namely on Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox.}
