abstract={The condition of the COVID 19 pandemic greatly affects the operation activities and time span needed by an aircraft in carrying out various series of maintenance to keep the condition of the aircraft in a good state until the aircraft again gets a flight schedule. The length of time needed in carrying out a series of maintenance activities also affects the amount of maintenance costs that must be spent. This research aims to find out the maintenance process and total maintenance costs needed by boeing 737 800 PK LZW aircraft during the maintenance process during the COVID 19 pandemic at Batam Aero Technic Hangar. The method of data collection and processing is carried out with quantitative and qualitative analysis approaches and then done the calculation process data using microsoft excel with the method of calculating time material basis. The results of the analysis on this study found the maintenance process carried out by PK LZW aircraft began with de registration work as a main inspection and various maintenance circuits carried out until the aircraft came out of the hangar. From the treatment process carried out found the total maintenance cost needed amounted to $ 133,220.93. Then, the final results of this study found that the comparison of treatment for schedule maintenance during pandemics and outside pandemics has more effect on the stage of treatment carried out than the cost of treatment incurred.}
