In the world of aviation, it involves a lot of drilling processes used for maintenance and assembly. Life of tool is very influential on a product both in terms of machining quality and production costs of the product. Factors that determine tool life are tool geometry, type of workpiece and tool material, cutting conditions (cutting speed, depth of cut and feed), and coolant. The method used in conducting this research is the experimental method. The result of this research is the variation of dromus cooling has the best average wear with 6cm drilling per drill tool then lubricant variation with 5 cm per tool and finally the variation without liquid.} }
