Garuda Indonesia emphasizes safety and operational efficiency with a focus on weight and balance management as a key strategy to maintain high standards. The aim of the research is to evaluate the effect of the number of passengers on Zero Fuel Weight (ZFW), Allowed Traffic Load (ATL), and Takeoff Weight (TOW) and Center of Gravity (CG). The data were taken from aircraft GA0207 acreg PKGEO and GA0211 acreg PKGEQ. The research results showed that the increase in the number of passengers on aircraft GA0207 (PKGEO) and GA0211 (PKGEQ) caused an increase in ZFW, ATL, and TOW. GA0211 has a ZFW of 56281 kg, ATL 14801 kg, and TOW 63677 kg, while GA0207 has a ZFW of 49921 kg, ATL 8441 kg, and TOW 56208 kg. Even though it affects the takeoff and landing performance, the value is still within the Boeing 737-800 Maximum limit and the difference in Center of Gravity (CG) value due to changes in the numberof passengers. GA0207 has a CG of 15.017% MAC, while GA0211 has a CG of 23.244% MAC. The increase in PW and TBW has an impact on increasing CG.} }
