Solar-electric technology or what is commonly called photovoltaics (PV) converts sunlight directly into electricity. This research carried out planning and analyzing SPG in the Aerodynamic Laboratory Building of the Adisutjipto Aerospace Technology Institute using qualitative methods to determine the electrical power requirements of the Aerodynamic Laboratory for 4 working hours. Planning and analysis of SPG in the Aerodynamic Laboratory Building uses technical calculations. The research results show that the SPG capacity required to meet the energy needs of the Aerodynamic Laboratory Building is 100% of daily usage for 4 working hours of 14,596 Wh. Using 20 solar panels with a capacity of 665 Wp can produce 13,305.6 Wp of power, placed on the roof of the Wiweko Building with a slope angle of 10ยบ facing North. SPG components include a 120 A charger controller, 48 V 200 Ah lithium-ion battery and 18 kW hybrid inverter.} }
