		abstract={This research aims to find out the effect of the auditor's performance, the auditor's work environment, and the auditor's fee on the accounting student's perception of career choice as an auditor. This research is a quantitative type of research. The population in this study was accounting students in the city of Surabaya and is the campus of the University of Bhayangkara Surabaya. A study sample of 68 respondents with sampling techniques using the 
slovin formula. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical data, validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests ( normality test, multicolinierity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity ), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test ( determination coefficient test, t test. 
The results showed that the auditor's performance variable affected the accounting student's perception of his career choice as an auditor. The auditor's work environment variable has no effect on the accounting student's perception of his career choice as an auditor. The auditor fee variable affects the accounting student's perception of his career choice as an auditor.}
