GAMBARAN BEBAN KERJA MENTAL TENAGA KESEHATAN PADA MASA PANDEMI  DI RUANG IGD RSUD dr. SOEHADI PRIJONEGORO SRAGEN

Abstrak



Pada masa pandemi saat ini tenaga kesehatan merupakan tulang punggung sistem kesehatan yang berada di garda terdepan dalam merawat pasien Covid-19.  Tenaga kesehatan sangat rawan tertular Covid-19 dan harus mempertaruhkan nyawa. Bertambahnya jumlah kasus Covid-19 akan menambah beban kerja mental atau keadaan dimana tenaga Kesehatan dihadapkan pada pekerjaan otak dan keterampilan yang dimiliki untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaannya terutama yang bekerja di Instalasi Gawat Darurat tempat pertama kali pasien masuk rumah sakit.
Jenis penelitian kuantitatif rancangan deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional pada 51orang tenaga kesehatan. Untuk mengetahui gambaran beban kerja mental tenga kesehatan dalam penangan pasien Covid-19 di ruang IGD RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen. Penilaian beban kerja mental menggunakan NASA-TLX (NASA-Task Load Index-TLX).
Hasil penelitian beban kerja mental tenaga kesehatan di ruang UGD RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen menggunakan NASA-TLX mayoritas sangat tinggi sebanyak 45 responden (88,2%).
Beban kerja mental tenaga kesehatan di ruang UGD RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen mayoritas sangat tinggi.

DESCRIPTION OF THE MENTAL WORKLOAD OF HEALTH workers IN HANDLING OF COVID-19 PATIENTS IN THE EMERGENCY INSTALATIONT OF A REGIONAL GENERAL HOSPITAL

Abstract



During the current pandemic, health workers are the backbone of the health system, which is at the forefront of treating Covid-19 patients. Health workers are very vulnerable to contracting Covid-19 and have to risk their lives. The increasing number of Covid-19 cases will increase the mental workload or a situation where health workers are faced with brain work and the skills they have to complete their work, especially those working in the Emergency Room where the patient first enters the hospital.
This type of research is quantitative descriptive correlational design with a cross sectional approach to 51 health workers. To find out the description of the mental workload of health workers in handling Covid-19 patients in the ER, dr. SoehadiPrijonegoro, Sragen. Mental workload assessment using NASA-TLX (NASA-Task Load Index-TLX).
The results of the study on the mental workload of health workers in the emergency room at RSUD dr. SoehadiPrijonegoroSragen using NASA-TLX the majority is very high as many as 45 respondents (88.2%).
