abstract={This study aims to analyze the influence of investment opportunity set and cash conversion cycle of firm value through cash holding as an intervening variable by focusing on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 2020-2022. The data used in this secondary data. The population in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling selection method used was purposive sampling and obtained 53 companies with total of 159 samples. The analytical tool used in this study was the path analysis. The results of this research indicate that cash holding is not able to mediate the relationship between the investment opportunity set on firm value and cash holding is not able to mediate the relationship between the cash conversion cycle on firm value.
