		abstract={This study aims to examine the effect of cash flow component of return and liquidity of share in property companies listed on the Stock Exchange. This research is an empirical study. The population in this study are all listed property companies on the Stock Exchange the study period 2008-2010. While the sample in this study were selected using purposive sampling method and acquired 30 companies property as the study sample. Fro, the analysis it can be concluded that the cash flow component does not effect the return and liquidity of the share of property companies listed on Stock Exchange.}
