		abstract={This study aims to examine and obtain evidence of the influence of leadership
style and quality of management information on managerial performance. 
Research conducted on managers of manufacturing companies in the city of
Palembang. The data obtained through questionnaires were 38 questionnaires that
can be analyzed. Analysis of data using multiple linear analysis methods. Data
were tested using the program SPSS 16.0. Techniques of data analysis in this 
study consisted of testing the quality of the data (validity and reliability testing), 
testing the assumption of classical (test of normality, multicollinearity test, test 
heterokedastisitas) and hypothesis testing. The results of testing the hypothesis
that the first hypothesis is rejected which means that the leadership style no 
significant effect on managerial performance. The second hypothesis is rejected
which would mean the quality of management information had no significant 
effect on managerial performance.}
