		abstract={This  study  aims  to  examine  the  effect  of  good corporate  governance mechanisms on  firm  value either partially or simultaneously. The population  in this 
study is a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was all the banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange the period 2008-2011. Samples were determined by using purposive sampling. Samples were obtained by 9 companies. Research using multiple regression 
analysis. The  results  showed that  partial  and simultaneous  Commissioners,  the  Audit Committee, Managerial  Ownership and Institutional  Ownership does  not  affect  the value of the company.}
