		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of environment on employee morale. This study is located in PERUM PERUMNAS Regional II Cabang Palembang. This type of study is a descriptive statistic with 50 respondents who obtained a census technique. The results showed that the working environment variables significantly influence morale. Work environment affects employee morale by 85%. These results may change if the sample used is different. This is due to the limited sample used only from employees Perum Perumnas Regional II Cabang Palembang.}
