The subject in this research is employee of PT. Karya Maju Utama in bridge manufacturer division with total is 30 respondents, whereas the object of this research is The Influence of Organizational Culture, Occupational Safety and Health Program (K3) to Employee Productivity at PT. Karya Maju Palembang. Data was analyzed using Software SPSS Version 18.00. The result of analysis show that Organizational Culture Occupational Safety and Health Program (K3) have an influence to Employee Productivity at PT. Karya Maju Palembang. Amount of influence of independent variable to dependent variable (Ad justed R square) as 0,071 or 7,1%. 2,1% which influenced by the organizational culture, 15% which influenced by occupational safety, and 5,8% which influenced by occupational health. Thus the conclusion is organizational culture, occupational safety and health program (K3) have positive influence to productivity of operational employees at PT. Karya Maju Utama.} }
