		abstract={This research aims to determine the content of the information of stock split event on company?s that win GCG award and company?s who did not win GCG award.  The population of this research is all companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.  Sample set by using purposive sampling method.  Sample of this research was obtained are 21 companies. Hypothesis testing using paired sample t-test and one sample t-test.  The results showed there was information content on the company?s that win GCG award, while there is no information content on company?s that didn?t win GCG award.}
