		abstract={This study will further analyze the effect of labor discipline on employee performance in a leading manufacturing company in the city of Palembang . The company in question is a manufacturing company making instant noodles PT . Indofood Sukses Makmur , Tbk Branch Palembang . This study used all employees working on the production line section 2 , amounting to 34 people . The conclusions of this study is that the implementation of labor discipline in a positive and significant impact on employee performance variables . The higher the discipline, the higher the performance that can be achieved . Discipline is a reflection of the magnitude of the responsibility of a person in performing the tasks assigned to him and the passion that drives a person's morale.}
