		abstract={This research is meant to find out the influence of training to performance of the employees of car workshop in the city of Palembang. This research is a qualitatif and quantitatif study. In this research, the population is all employees of car workshop in the city of Palembang, amounting to 144 employees, using a probability sampling method, then obtained a total sample of 30 employees. Data analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption test, and influence test (simple linear regression analysis) that are done by using software Special Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versions 20.0. Research showed there is a positive and significant influence between training and employee performance. For the next researcher is expected to be able to develop this training research by adding the independent variable and other variables related to employee performance.}
