		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline On
employee performance PT. Dharma Mulia Buana Abadi . The population in this
study were all employees of PT. Dharma Mulia Buana Abadi totaling 52 people.
Data was collected through questionnaires , where the data obtained from the
study were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques were processed
using Special Package Software and Service Solution ( SPSS ) Version 20.00. The
results obtained from the processing of the data showed that the Work Motivation
does not have a significant influence on employee performance at PT . Dharma
Mulia Buana Abadi 17.5 % and Work Discipline has a significant influence on
employee performance at PT Dharma Mulia Buana Abadi 19.2% . It is based on a
4.15 table that shows the regression coefficient value and also a 4.16 table that
shows the significance level of 0.047 .}
