		abstract={This research aims to find out the effect of work environment toward 
employee performance. This study location at PD. Teguh Jaya in Palembang. The
population in this research were all employeesof PD. Teguh Jaya totaling 48
peoples. The data analysis technique is using simple regression analysis method.
Based on the result obtained by simple regression analysis of the result of tcalculating variable labor work environment is 2,268 greater than t-table are
2,013 with significance level is 0,028 smaller than 0,050. This suggests the labor
work environment positive and significant effect to employee performance PD.
