		abstract={Background : Nurses caring of imbued charity spirituality serve the patients as well as the family of patients with love, sacrifice, unpretentious, prayer and be happy and rejoice. Satisfaction is perception from patients as well as the family of patients to get service providing by nurses to meet the desire or the need of patients during treatment.
Purpose  : The purpose of this research to know, the relationship between nurses caring behaviors imbued charity of spirituality and satisfaction of family patient in RS. RK. Charitas of Palembang 2017.
Method : The research used descriptive analytic method with cross sectional approach. The samples were the family of patients which conducted by purposive sampling technique. A total numbers were 146 respondents. 
Result : From 146 respondents which chose high behavior caring as many as 85 from (58.2%) and felt satisfaction as many as 87 from (59.6%). Having done chi square test with credibility level 95% have p value = .001 with  ? < 0.05 behaviors caring with satisfaction of family patients.
Conclusion : There are nurses caring behaviors between satisfaction of family patient. Suggestion are expected nurses still maintain caring behavior nurses in providing nursing service with full of love and joy anf willing to sacrifice and with a simple attitude with a prayer for patients and family patients.}
