		abstract={Background : Students of elemantry school is a sensitive age to get some illnes. According WHO told more than one miliard people in the world suffer worm infestation, di Indonesia has 60-90%, in South Sumatra on 2013 children that suffered tape worm infestation (Ascaris) there are 205 people, and 2014 children that that suffered tape worm infestation (Ascaris) there are 128 people.
Goals : To know The Difference level of Children?s Knowledge about Worm Infestation Before and After Gave Health?s Education to Students Grade Two of Elemantry School in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ahliyah 2 Palembang
Research Methodology : Kind of research that used is quantitative with pre experimental method from  One Group Pretest design ? postlest design, that took by random sampling with 93 correspondent.
Research Result : 49 responfent for men (52,7%) and 44 respondent for women (47,3%). Respondent?s knowledge before gave education of health have bad knowledge is 34 respondent (36,6%), enough knowlege is 18 respondent (19,4%), and good knowledge is 41 respondent (44,1%). Respondent knowledge after gave education of health, respondent that have bad knowledge about it is 0 (0%),  respondent that have enough knowledge about it is 1 respondent (1,1%), and good knowledge is 92 respondent (98,9%). Wilcoxon Match Pair Test getting p-value is 0,000 it?s mean that there are difference knowledge before gave education of health and after gave education of health. Students of Elemantry School in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ahliyah 2 Palembang must to have the way to prevent worm infestation like washing their hand before and after eat.}
