		abstract={The purpose of this research is to determine whether the variables of work engagement have an influence on the employee performance of Riverside Restaurant. The variables tested were work engagement and employee performance. This research is a case study. The population in this study were all employees of Riverside Restaurant. The research sample is 67 respondents using judgement sampling. Testing the research variables using single linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The test results show that work engagement variables have an effect on and significantly affect employee performance.}
