		abstract={The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of Institutional Ownership and Firm Size of Agency Costs. The population in this research is Manufacturing companies in 2017-2019 which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research took a sample of companies by using a purposive sampling method, in order to obtain 123 samples of manufacturing companies in the consumption industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis techniques in this research is using SPSS software version 16.0. The results of this research are: (1) Institutional Ownership has no effect on Agency Costs, (2) Firm Size influences Agency Costs.
