Tridaya Sakti Medima Palembang. This research was conducted to all employees of PT Tridaya Sakti Medima Palembang with a total of 36 respondents. In this study, data collection techniques used were using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. This study meets the requirements of validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity tests. From the regression equation, the R square value obtained indicates that there is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Based on the T test, organizational culture variables have a significant influence. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence between organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Tridaya Sakti Medima Palembang.} }
