		abstract={This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee work loyalty at PT Kairos Boga Jaya Palembang. The samples used in this study was all employees of PT Kairos Boga Jaya Palembang with saturated sampling method (census). The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection using questionnaires and hypothesis testing were analyzed using Simple Linear Regression using SPSS 24 program. The results of this test states that the job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work loyalty.
