		abstract={The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of discipline and work motivation of employees of PT. Yala Kharisma Shipping Palembang branch. The type of research used in this research is a case study. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Yala Kharisma Shipping palembang branch. The sampling technique for this research used saturated samples and the census sample. The sample in this study used 40 samples as respondents. The data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The test results in this study indicate that work discipline and motivation have an effect on employee performance at PT. Yala Kharisma Shipping Palembang branch. In the test results the coefficient of determination shows that 97.4% indicates that using the regression model obtained where the independent variables, namely work discipline and work motivation have an influence on employee performance variables by 97.4%, while the remaining 2.6% is explained by factors or variables. others were unknown and were not included in this study.}
