And the results of the questionnaire were processed using the program SPPS for Windows version, which produces value (R²) Means the percentage contribution of the effect variable Job Satisfaction to Loyalty of the employees in PT. Selatan Jaya Indah ,while the remaining is influenced by other variables such as leadership style, organizational culture, as well as other factors. The value of Thitung is greater than the value Ttable then the decision of this research is to reject H0 and accept Ha.It can be concluded that the variable affect Job Satisfaction on Loyalty of employees in PT. Selatan Jaya Indah Palembang. Each of the existence of an increase in job satisfaction will increase employee loyalty and work in reverse if there is a decrease in job satisfaction then work on employee loyalty will also decline.
