		abstract={The study aims to determine whether work supervision and motivation affect the employee performance. Population in this research is the employee of PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Palembang sales division. The sample is determined by using simple random sampling method with amount sample 52 employee of PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Palembang sales division. Data collection method used is to spread the questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis method with SPSS ver program 23. The result show that work supervision and motivation affect to employee performance.}
