		abstract={ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is determine whether the variables of Knowledge management have an influence on the performance of employees of PT Grand Master Piece. The variables tested were Knowledge Management. This research is a case study. The population in this study were all employees waiterss of PT Grand Master Piece.Sampling using census technique with a total sample of 31 respondents.The test results show that Knowledege management variables have an effect on and significantly affect performance employe.
