		abstract={The purpose of this study is to identify the level of financial distress from cement sector and building construction sector with Ohlson model and Zmijewski model along with comparison between the accuracy from both models to predict financial distress in cement sector and building construction sector which registered on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in the form of annual financial statements published by the company on the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The population of this research are the cement company and building construction company which is registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2018. The sampling technique which is used in this study is purposive sampling with total of sample obtained by 16 companies. The result from this research showed that Ohlson model got the highest accuracy on prediction with 87.5% compared with Zmijewski model that have 83.33% on prediction
