		abstract={The course schedule is always doing every semester. Scheduling is one of the important things in the learning process at educational institutions, one of them is a college or university. In the scheduling process many restrictions are involved to produce a schedule that is suitable for lecturers and universities. So that , schedule parameter such as lecturer, room, and time must be scheduled effectively. This study uses odd semester data from Science and Technology of the Musi Charitas Catholic University. This report discusses the use of the Ant Colony System algorithm in completing course scheduling automatically and does not clash. The Ant Colony System algorithm is a variation of Ant Colony Optimization (ACO). This algorithm is a type of meta-heuristic algorithm that has been used to solve combinatorial problems. This algorithm mimics ant behavior when they are in a colony to find a food source. The program is created using Visual studio 2019, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Database Management System. From the test results obtained a schedule of courses that do not clash.}
